Welcome by Matthias Pees and Thomas Krüger

The 4-day focus “Reflexes & Reflections. 7 October, the war in Gaza and the debate in Germany” opened on 13.6.2024 with a welcome from the Director of the Berliner Festspiele, Matthias Pees, and the President of the Federal Agency for Civic Education, Thomas Krüger. 

“Reflexes & Reflections” is a Berliner Festspiele project, funded by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media and the Federal Agency for Civic Education, and presented in co-operation with the Anne Frank Zentrum and the Young Islam Conference (JIK).
