<p>For his project “Happenstance”, bassist Shane Cooper brought together South African musicians in different line-ups to improvise. The result is intoxicating, as hypnotic as it is intense. At Jazzfest Berlin 2021, Cooper presented the live version of this experiment: the Dinaledi Chamber Orchestra.</p>
