To mark its 60th anniversary, Jazzfest Berlin is celebrating the cultural diversity of the neighbouring district of Moabit in collaboration with 38&nbsp;official partners and initiatives and with over 350&nbsp;participants of all ages. For six months, numerous doors were knocked on, contact was made with neighbourhood shops and caf&eacute;s, music schools and choirs, churches and schools as well as a wide variety of cultural venues, and together they came up with ways to celebrate the festival&rsquo;s birthday. In June&nbsp;2024, interviews were conducted with 20 partners who presented their perspectives, wishes and ideas for the Jazzfest Community Lab Moabit. You can get a first impression with this film. 
 
The Jazzfest Community Lab Moabit will take place from 28&nbsp;October to 3&nbsp;November at over 25&nbsp;locations throughout Moabit, creating a bridge between the Haus der Berliner Festspiele in Wilmersdorf and Moabit, bringing together 40&nbsp;musicians from this year&rsquo;s edition of the festival as well as 20&nbsp;interdisciplinary workshop leaders along with children, adults, senior citizens, amateur musicians and neighbourhood legends.
